About return / exchange
■ About 30 -day return guarantee
If it is a product that meets the conditions for returned and exchanged, we will respond to returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
Foo TOKYO is particular about the “best comfort”. Please consider it once through the sleeves.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.


・ Be unused.
(It must be a product that has no dirt attached after it arrives)
・ It must be returned within 30 days after the product arrives.
・ It must be the first order.
・ It is a product purchased directly on this site.
・ It must be returned according to our "return / exchange procedure".
・ In the case of defective products
・ When a product that is different from the order content arrives

* In the case of replacement of the size, it can only be used if there is stock of the desired size.
Other than that, we may respond by refund. Please note.
* Gift boxes are not eligible.
* Products on this site are not eligible for the cooling -off system.

■ About return / exchange
Please confirm and contact us from the inquiry form within 30 days after the product arrives.
The return destination will be contacted by the customer and will be informed by returned email.
Customers should pay for returns for returned goods, such as replacing products, for your convenience.
We will bear the full amount of return costs due to misunderstanding, such as defective products such as dirt and buttons, products different from ordering, or size, and size.

* Replacement will be responded only when there is stock.

■ When a product that is different from the order content arrives
We are very careful about delivery management, but if you receive a product that is different from the order content, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
The return destination will be contacted by the customer and will be informed by returned email.
The return fee will be borne by us (please return by "cash on delivery").
