Information on shipping period / shipping rules change due to warehouse relocation

This time, the following period of shipment is suspended due to the transfer of warehouse.
We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers, but we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping work suspension period: October 22 (Fri) to 31 (Sun)

Orders are possible as usual.

About response during the warehouse relocation period

On October 20 (Wednesday), orders will be shipped as usual from the warehouse before the relocation. 
Orders after 8:00 am on Wednesday, October 20 will be shipped sequentially from the warehouse after the relocation from November 1 (Monday).

Please note that there is a possibility that it will take time to deliver more than usual.

Partial shipment rules after warehouse relocation

From November 1 (Monday) to 8:00 am, we will ship all orders including gift orders on the day.
